Hi, I'm Chrissy Minnella.

I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer from Thunder Bay, Ontario. I enjoy doing photography during my down time. When the opportunity arises I love to snap photos of sports which is what originally sparked my love for photography when I was a young gymnast.

Although I went to college for Office Administration, I've always had an eye for the perfect photo, the perfect timing and seeing the perfect lighting. As a teenager, all I wanted was a camera. I was always taking photos and later upgraded to my first digital camera, it was big and it was heavy but I happily carried it in my back pack documenting most of my teenage years. If only I knew then what I know now, I would have gone to school for the arts. With time comes knowledge and milestones and as each milestone approached I knew I needed to fulfill my passion and capture all the things I loved.

As I took photography more seriously, love photo came about and as those milestones in life crept up and flew by, my children brought me back behind the lens. Their sweet little toes, precious little finger tips and the wisps of hair sitting softly on their ear. Their looks of curiosity and happiness, I just loved all the little details and captured them as much as I could. That was just it, I loved photos! My brand reflects the heart behind every photo I take. Weddings, families, game faces and everything in-between.

Now that my children are getting older, I personally, may have a whole different story to tell through photos but capturing memories and moments for others fills my bucket every time. It's true what they say "if you love your work, you'll never work a day in your life".
